The house is situated on a lovely, little neighbourhood, near Chalbury corner in Preston, Weymouth. A doctor's surgery, chemist, hairdressers and a delicatessen shop are nearby. There is also easy access to bus stops in both directions nearby. The house is also a 15 minute walk away from a beautiful beachfront coastal path and the house is within close proximity to many nice restaurants and cafes. Outings to local cafes for activities such as afternoon tea are organised regularly.
